A Financial Company is seeking a Data Entry Clerk (Microsoft Access) in Raleigh, NC.

Role Description
Assists the Servicer Reporting team with report processing, delinquency and portfolio data validation, inbox management and customer outreach. May require analytical and research skills. Position will require strong communication, interpersonal and process management capabilities. Potential applicants must be able to follow established SOPs to complete tasks in a timely fashion. Will closely work with Servicer Reporting

Skills & Requirements
• Formatting & processing of large data files received from customers for reporting purposes
• Produce, distribute and process customer report validations
• Maintain controls surrounding critical data upload processes
• Participate in customer outreach via email or phone to improve portfolio data quality
• Monitor and organize team inboxes to distribute emails or respond as needed
• Setup new Servicing Site users
• Manage work queues and update tables using Microsoft Access
• Process servicer requested cancellations requiring customer outreach
• Analyze and process customer provided loan workout reports
• Work with customers to acquire missed reports
• Project User Acceptance testing
• Assist in other areas of the Servicer Reporting Department as work volume requires
• Complete required clerical functions that contribute to department effectiveness
• Other duties and special projects assigned
