Your new role

This is a newly created position within Market Access and is strategic sole contributor role for all brand products in the US market. This is an opportunity to help develop value evidenced strategies and tactics for key payers in the business.

You will be working collaboratively with you peers in other functions across Payer Evidence, HEOR, Government Affairs, Pricing Strategy among others. You will be pivotal in providing business support solutions at launch and through the life cycle of a number of products across all areas relevant to Value based agreements and Value Pricing Models.

This role is opportunity to work in an innovative business unit , with a unique matrix structure that encourages out of the box thinking and is looking for the next “trailblazers” in their field

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5 + years of proven experience in access strategy, contracting, pricing , HEOR or RWE
  • Direct payer-facing experience highly desired)
  • Proven ability to work effectively across numerous internal business units and with peers and KOL locally and globally
  • Able to drive evidence-based solutions in a fast paced environment
  • Expert understanding of the U.S. healthcare reimbursement landscape, a diverse set of payer segments, and evolving market access trends
  • Strong track record of providing strategic and tactical insights, building RWE value demonstration strategies and payer value propositions in collaboration with peers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence to ensure cross functional projects are delivered in required time frames,
  • Proven ability to managing multiple complex projects at a time
  • Solution focused problem solver , innovative thinker , engaging communicator
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific and/or business area is required. Masters Level is highly preferred, specifically in HEOR/Biostatistics/Epidemiology/Health Services Research or MBA.
